For the past several years, I've operated at the intersection of creativity and commerce. As the founder of Letter Media, I was the closer, the strategist, and the relationship builder all at once — personally closing retainers as high as $144,000 by doing one thing exceptionally well: listening.
Before that, I sold complex, high-value medical services to physicians and surgeons as a representative for Mobile Histopath Professionals. I learned early that the most sophisticated buyers in the world — the ones who've heard every pitch — respond to clarity, empathy, and conviction. Not tactics.
